Flax seed oil contains alpha linolenic acid (ALA) an omega-3 fatty acid plus linoleic acid, an omega-6 that can be converted into eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) in the body. EPA supports healthy lipid metabolism and joint function. Borage oil contains gamma linolenic acid (GLA) and may support healthy joint function.

Suggested Daily Use
