Calcium is constantly being mobilized and used in the body. Without bioavailable calcium sources in the blood, the body may pull calcium out from the reserve levels in the long bones when more calcium is needed. If sweating or evercising more, more calcium is lost and MUST be replenished or else brittle bone disease may occur.
Take 2 to 4 capsules in the morning and at night. If you exert yourself, like exercising, or sweat excessively it is important to add more calcium (and magnesium) to your body. That means 4 capsules twice a day. If you are not very active, 2-3 capsules twice a day may suffice.

Suggested Daily Use
